My free Pumas arrived what I've been waiting for quite some time. So story goes something like this: My dad bought me some Pumas from the Puma store while we were in Hamburg in Autumn. Then maybe a month ago I discovered there was a tiny crack near the sole. I just thought naah well the quality isn't that awesome. But my dad went a step further. Since hes German born, but living here in Finland, he wrote a email to the Puma chiefs in Germany ( there was a factory near where my dad lived ) and told them about how bad the quality was and how it was better when he was a kid. Then unexpectedly someone answered the letter and said I should just pic a new shoe from their site and they would send it to me, for free.
I dont know about other brands but I think this is one awesome customer care. I just took some pictures about the crack in the shoe and thats all. Not even showing the bill.
So I said a first round in white would be cool, since I never owned one before. But when the shoe came it wasnt all white but white/dark grey. I wasn't that suprised because the white/white colourway is so rare, and after all, I still got me some new Pumas so its ok :P
