quick copp

We made a trip to Fukuoka couple days back, and I had some free time and the Bape store was close so I decided to go. The Milo earphones have been in my shopping list since I heard about them, and luckily they where still avaliable.
Not a big fan of Supreme, but the article about RZA is really interesting, plus I liked the towel what comes with the magazine.

Japanese sandals

I just love japanese sandals. We recently visited Hita-city, a town where many houses are from the Meiji-era. It makes a nice sound when you walk with these sandals, and I heard walking with the one-block-bottom-sandal is very healthy.
Many shops sold these sandals and I surely bought all of them empty, but not suprisingly all the sandals where too small.Well atleast I could took some nice pictures of them.
Sorry for the pics because I always forgot use the macro :)

W-brand Uchiwa

Heyy sorry for lacking with the blog, but here is something new again.
I bought a fan made by an local artist and painted it to fit my needs. This is a good way to represent myself in the streets, especially because for me its still so hot in here. Front side is another W-logo, this time made from a hand. And back side is for my nickname.

Just some great photos about the landscape of Kikuchi and from the city. The Landscape and Nature is overall very inspiring and also one of the reasons I wanted to go to Japan!

WIBT Kikuchi

hehhe again, not really a " what I bought today " because I got them all as a gift. the weirdest one was a paper flower. its incredibly real looking and the local girl who gave it to me has a ton of these.

then a ice cream cup made from plastic :D (?) made here in Kikuchi by some local artist

Aand some good japanese fashion/youth magazines. Smart is new ( like mens non-no if you know ), the Brutus is from 2007 but still much nice in it. the FLJ is also new, containing news about fashion, music etc. Then volume 5 of the classic anime Akira.

and last but not least some japanese style khaki pants. The quality seems Really good and its all made in japan.

Kikuchi and more

yes finally got some time and an internet connection to update my blog! pics from the town of Kikuchi, Kumamoto and the Aso Mountain, a huge volcano what sometimes still active. also featuring some of my local friends.
the kaiten sushi restaurants are always worth visiting and usually pretty cheap when you compaire the prices to a normal sushi restaurant
I first wanted to photograph eveything what I eat, but since theres something new eveyday, and I dont got my camera always with me, it really doesnt work.
